its so important to shape ur living space to the needs of ur body. since we are who we are our living space is almost entirely our computer work space. so heres some tips from me.

trackball mouse. so fucking good. saved rugis live already by recommending it (he will corroborate this)

use your phone in bed. it fucks up your hand and your spine and your soul. get out of bed and on the computer u bitch.

ive been trying to get used to aslpit keynoard but its been kind of a struggle. cant say i would recommend it yet. but im proud that im giving it a solid try. thread typed partially on both of my keyboards.

tho i have not considered a ergonomic keyboard i've wanted to pick up stenography (and ergo a stenography keyboard) for a while. i've heard a good start is learning using your keyboard but mine has EXTREMELY limited key rollover which makes it very difficult
