actually its probably more accurate to say i have been posting less on social media for like 2 months at least. i used to post pretty much daily

I've recently discovered that I am unable to do a lot of things (including creating) without a clear goal or reason in mind. Has anyone else had an issue similar to this? If so, how did you tackle it?
